Introducing Kid’s Cards - Anxiety Set, a emotional learning tool designed to help children ages 7-10 develop build resilience and learn skills to regulate emotions in a fun and engaging way!
Featuring 15 emotion regulation techniques, from deep breathing exercises, mindfulness practices, grounding techniques and creative activities, these cards provide a range of effective and practical coping strategies, empowering kids to thrive. These important skills are especially beneficial for highly sensitive or neurodivergent children, who tend to experience particularly overwhelming and extreme emotions.
All techniques are based on widely-used therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), which research shows, can be effective methods to provide relief from anxiety and worry.
